What this guide helps you do
The Subscription page shows your current plan, usage, renewal or expiration date, and billing actions in one place. This guide helps you interpret the current account information and review the consequences of a plan change before confirming it.
Plan names, prices, taxes, usage limits, and features can change over time or vary by account. For every transaction, treat the current amount, date, and entitlements displayed on Subscription as authoritative.
Current Plan and Usage
The Current Plan card shows the plan name, status, and, when available, its renewal or expiration date. Usage shows the number of tracked channels and the displayed plan limit; the interface identifies unlimited usage separately when it applies.
Interpret the information as follows:
- A Renews date identifies the next billing point if the current terms continue.
- An Expires date identifies how long access remains available after cancellation.
- If usage is close to its limit, decide which channels are still needed before adding another.
- If a value is missing or appears inconsistent, refresh the page before starting a purchase.
Channel usage and the monthly removal allowance are separate measures. Also review Plan & Usage in Settings for the detailed counters shown to your account.
Compare plans
The Monthly and Yearly switch above the plan cards changes the billing period being displayed. When comparing plans:
- Confirm the selected billing period.
- Read each card's features, limits, and amount from the current screen.
- Use the card marked Current plan as your baseline.
- Consider the renewal date and actual usage needs as well as total cost.
Upgrade, Downgrade, Switch to Yearly, and View Plans appear only when relevant to the account state. A missing action does not necessarily indicate an error.
Review an upgrade
If the upgrade flow says the change takes effect immediately, review Payment Summary before confirmation:
- Credit from current plan,
- New plan charge,
- Due now,
- Next billing date.
These values can reflect proration and your account's billing state. Never substitute an example amount from a guide for the value on the payment screen. Confirm the plan, billing period, amount due, and next date before the final action.
Downgrades and scheduled changes
The downgrade flow shows when the change takes effect and which access will be lost. Before confirming:
- Record the effective date.
- Check whether current channel and feature usage fits the new limits.
- Compare the on-screen loss list with your team's workflows.
- If a scheduled change is already shown, verify its date and target plan before starting another action.
A downgrade generally follows the date displayed by the interface; the confirmation dialog for your account is the authority for the exact behavior.
Cancel and reactivate
Cancel opens a confirmation dialog. It states that the plan remains active until the displayed date and lists the access that will be lost afterward. You can provide an optional reason, then choose Cancel Subscription.
Before cancellation, check:
- The date through which access remains active,
- Features and limits that will be lost,
- Reports or records you need to download,
- Ongoing work that depends on the plan.
If Reactivate appears after cancellation is scheduled, it lets you continue the subscription under the terms shown on screen. After the action, verify that the plan status and renewal date update.
Manage billing and invoices
Manage Billing may take you to a secure billing area for actions such as updating a payment method. Verify the destination domain and account. Never enter card details in Academy, AI Copilot, or a support message.
Billing History can show:
- Date,
- Description,
- Amount,
- Status: Paid, Pending, Failed, or Refunded,
- An invoice download action when available.
If the history is empty, distinguish between a new account, no invoice having been issued, and data still loading. Before retrying a pending or failed payment, refresh the current plan and billing history to confirm its latest state.
Guided task: Coğrafyanın Kodları
On July 17, 2026, perform this check without purchasing or changing a plan:
- Note the plan status and displayed date in Current Plan.
- In Usage, review the tracked channel count that includes Coğrafyanın Kodları.
- Compare that counter with active channels in Channel Management.
- If you expect to add another channel, evaluate the options using only the current limit and plan cards shown in your account.
- Leave without selecting a confirmation action; this task verifies capacity rather than making a purchase.
This is a dated example. When you perform it, use the current counters, entitlements, and dates shown in your account.
Loading, empty, error, and locked states
- Loading: Do not start a transaction until the plan and usage details finish loading.
- Empty billing history: First confirm loading has completed and you are using the intended account.
- Payment or action error: Do not submit the same action repeatedly; refresh the plan state and billing history to verify the result.
- Locked feature: Use the current plan comparison on screen. Do not assume a fixed price or entitlement.
- Date or amount mismatch: Do not confirm. Contact support with the transaction reference and displayed wording, without sharing payment credentials.
