Dashboard Guide
Select a channel and read Channel Health, Creator DNA, weekly cards, AI analysis, and competitor signals on the Dashboard.
Guides
On This Page
By the end of this guide, you can select the correct channel on the Dashboard, read its weekly performance summary, and move to the right detail screen.
Before you begin
- At least one channel must be tracked. Use Channel Management to add one.
- To see competitor comparisons, confirm that channel roles are correctly set to My Channel and Competitor.
- Some cards may be empty or pending while data for a newly added channel is prepared.
- AI cards and some analysis features may depend on your account's current access.
How to reach this screen
After logging in, select Dashboard from the left navigation. Use the channel selector at the top to choose the channel you want to inspect. Changing the selection also changes the channel header, analysis cards, and channel-specific recommendations.
Warning
Confirm the selected channel before interpreting a result. You can select a competitor on the Dashboard; doing so does not make it your channel.
Screen map
The Dashboard follows this decision sequence:
| Section | Question it answers |
|---|---|
| Channel Health and Creator DNA | What is the selected channel's overall status and content profile? |
| Weekly cards | How did subscribers, views, and engagement change this week? |
| AI-Powered Insights | What short summary and actions do the visible signals support? |
| How Did This Week Go? | How did my channel and competitors finish the week? |
| How's My Channel? and Competitor Score | Where is my reference channel relative to its competitor group? |
| New Releases | Which new videos are being observed in their first 48 hours? |
| Top Performers, Needs Attention, Opportunities | Where should I investigate or act next? |
Channel Health and Creator DNA
Channel Health
Channel Health shows a 0–100 summary score and a letter level for the selected channel. The visible Growth, Engagement, and Consistency bars let you read the displayed dimensions separately.
- Do not use the total score as the only decision; also read the lowest dimension and its information tooltip.
- If a percentage or rank comparison is present, check the card text to learn whether it refers to competitors or a previous period.
- Color supports quick scanning. The number, letter level, and text label carry the meaning together.
This guide does not assume hidden score weights. If the calculation changes, the card's information tooltip is the current source.
Creator DNA
Creator DNA displays the channel profile across Content Type, Consistency, Engagement, Growth, and Loyalty. The badge plus strong- and weak-dimension labels are diagnostic signals, not guarantees of publishing success.
Weekly metric cards
| Card | Large value | Supporting text and sparkline |
|---|---|---|
| Subscribers | Net subscriber change in the displayed week | Direction and difference from the previous week; the sparkline shows movement within the period. |
| Views | View change in the displayed week | Previous-week comparison and direction within the period. |
| Engagement | The engagement rate defined by the screen | Difference from the previous week. Check the tooltip to distinguish a percent change from a percentage-point difference. |
| Wins | Count of visible comparison metrics where the reference is ahead | Dots or status indicators summarize the distribution of comparisons. |
A sparkline is an axis-free direction cue; use the card number for the exact value. Do not confuse weekly cards with lifetime subscriber or view totals.
AI-Powered Insights
AI Summary
AI Summary turns Dashboard signals into a readable assessment. Its badge or summary may identify a strength, concern, and possible action. If a generate action is available, creating a new analysis may use AI credits.
Quick Wins
Quick Wins lists short-term suggestions with impact labels. Before acting, open the related card or detail page and verify the underlying measurement.
Note
AI output supports a decision; it does not replace the measured value. Do not treat a claim as conclusive if you cannot verify it in a card, chart, or detail table.
Weekly summary and competitor comparison
How Did This Week Go?
This section summarizes weekly movement. Confirm from the section labels that a value is a period change rather than a lifetime total.
How's My Channel?
How's My Channel? shows the weekly state of the channel assigned the My Channel role. A View Channel Details action opens its Overview screen.
Competitors This Week and Competitor Score
Competitors This Week lists recent movement for channels assigned the Competitor role. Competitor Score compares your reference channel with the visible competitor average. When reading an “ahead” count, check the rows to see which metrics are included.
Detailed Comparison opens the My Channels > Compare flow for a same-period, same-metric comparison.
New videos, top performance, and alerts
New Releases
This card shows signals for new content in a First 48h performance context. A video younger than 48 hours has incomplete values. Select its title or card to inspect daily performance on Video Detail.
Top Performers
Top Performers highlights channels in the categories defined on screen. Read the category before interpreting rank: “most active” and “highest engagement” measure different outcomes.
Needs Attention and Opportunities
These cards summarize signals that deserve investigation. An alert does not establish a cause. Open the related channel or video and confirm the period, data coverage, and comparison group.
Practice with Coğrafyanın Kodları
Verified July 17, 2026. Values may change, but the reading order remains the same.
- Select Coğrafyanın Kodları from the channel selector at the top.
- Read the Channel Health score, then note the highest and lowest visible dimensions.
- Read the Creator DNA badge together with its strong- and weak-dimension labels.
- On Subscribers, Views, and Engagement, separate the large value from the previous-week comparison.
- Verify one statement from AI Summary against a measured card above it.
- Choose an item from New Releases and open Video Detail.
- Remember that the selected channel does not belong to you; read How's My Channel? and Competitor Score in the context of your own reference channel.
Loading, empty, error, and locked states
| State | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Channel selector is empty | No channel is tracked | Add the first channel on My Channels. |
| Collecting data | There is not enough prepared data for the channel or section | Keep the channel and period unchanged and check again later. |
| Competitor section is empty | No Competitor role exists or comparison data is not ready | Review channel roles and add a competitor if needed. |
| No new releases | No content falls in the first-48-hour window | Use Videos for a broader period. |
| AI card is locked | The account does not currently have the required feature or credits | Read the locked-card explanation and check Subscription. |
| Card failed to load | A network or data request did not complete | Refresh; if it continues, contact support with the visible error message. |
Troubleshooting and limits
- If cards show an unexpected channel, check the channel selector again.
- Do not compare a weekly change with a lifetime channel value; read the period label.
- A percentage can look large when the starting value is small; inspect the absolute value too.
- Public YouTube data is prepared periodically; do not treat the Dashboard as real-time YouTube Studio data.
- Verify an AI recommendation against measured evidence on the relevant detail screen.
